Generated Outputs: ChanceTEK LLC assigns all rights, titles, and interest in AI-generated outputs produced for your account to you.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to misuse our 15-agent architecture or GraphRAG engine for unlawful purposes, generating malware, bypassing security controls, or unauthorized automated rate scraping.

3. Platform Intellectual Property

iHailey branding, LangGraph multi-agent graph topologies, agent system prompts, 5-layer GraphRAG engine, and memory architecture remain the exclusive property of ChanceTEK LLC.

4. Uptime & Service Availability

While targeting 99.9% platform availability, iHailey is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. Rate limits apply based on active subscription tiers.
